Spacious Double Room in OX1

Hi there!
I am looking for a replacement for my room in a houseshare. It is a lovely spacious double room in a nice house near Folly Bridge in Oxford, 10 minute walk from the centre (details below).

About the room
About 15sqm, with a double bed, a couch, a desk, a set of cupboards and a wardrobe. There's a even a sink and a lovely view out into the garden with no noise from outside. Rent is £608 pcm which includes council tax and internet and the remaining bills fluctuate but are around £50 pcm.

About the House
The house is 7 bedrooms but there are two kitchens - upstairs is shared by 3 people and downstairs is shared by 4. There is a microwave and oven in both and two washing machines in the downstairs kitchen.
Cleaning duties are shared by all housemates so you’ll be expected to clean the kitchen and the bathroom once during the month.
The other housemates are friendly young professionals. The house vibe is calm. Sometimes housemates will eat, watch a film or garden/sit in the garden together, but everyone respects each other's space and need for alone time. There is a shared living room with a TV next to the downstairs kitchen (pictured)
There are two toilets, two showers (one of the bathrooms has both, then there's a single toilet and single shower room).
The flat is a 25 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk from the centre, 5 minutes walk to Hinksey lake (a beautiful wild swimming spot!). There is a corner shop next door and a Tesco 7 mins walk away. A great pub (Whitehouse Tap Social) is 4 mins walk away.
