A lovely and affordable room in a spacious house

There is a nice double room available in our 3BR house on Morrell Ave. The house comes with a lot of furniture, all the white goods(washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge), a patio and a large garden that opens to South Park. The room comes with a large wardrobe that can be locked, three chests of drawers, three shelves, a desk, and a double bed. There are two toilets and 1 bathroom in the property. It’s a quite, safe and nice neighbourhood. There are two bus stops (in 1 and 3 mins walking distance) where you can take 15 to the city centre or ST2 towards Jericho etc. Cowley road and all the shops, bars and restaurants are in 7-10 mins walking distance. There is plenty of space in the garden to keep bikes.
About us: We are postdocs at the University of Oxford . I am moving to another city for my new position. The other tenants are both male.
