There is a communal entrance for the property and a further secure door for the room. The room is well proportioned and shares a shower room, toilet facilities. There is a shared kitchen for cooking and dining plus living areas. Washing facilities available. There is also a shared garden and bicycle storage. Rent is inclusive of utilities, including wifi, linen with towels, and regular housekeeping of all communal areas. Suitable for single occupant only.

Available for a minimum of 6 months, can be negotiated for shorter or longer stays. No deposit but final checking out room cleaning fee of £100.00 required.
