Single Room In Very Clean And Quiet House

We are looking for short let tenant either Mon-Fri, or up to 6 months. We are clean and quiet middle aged couple and we would like to find lodger who respects state of house and appreciates calm and quiet atmosphere. Ideally PhD student or working professional on placement or short term contract on Oxford. If living together will be not problematic, we will consider longer term. We offer access to bathroom, kitchen, laundry facilities and garden. We would rather prefer not to share living room unless you wish to join us watching a movie or football match.
We expect you to clean common areas after using them, rather than leave your mess for others to clean. No visitors will be allowed in the house, no loud music and no smoking. We both work unusual hours and frequently sleep during the day so mutual respect is essential.
