One large furnished double room is available immediately in our friendly house share near central Oxford.

The house:
A large clean and tidy Victorian House, with five bedrooms, spread over four floors with a modern, communal kitchen, living and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms; one with a shower, one with a bath with shower over bath, and a separate toilet. There is a utility/laundry area, and a large back garden that gets lots of sun during the day (also ideal for bbqs!).

The house is very well located at the city end of the Cowley Rd, within a few minutes’ walk from the Plain roundabout and St Clements. We’re about 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, and bus stops for train station, London, and the main airports are 3-4 minutes away.

The room & rent:
This spacious double bedroom located on the ground floor will become available in May. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and chair. It also has a sink, which can be very useful. The rent is £885 pcm and includes all utility bills: gas, electric, water, council tax (Tax band E) , TV licence, broadband, gardener, and a weekly clean of the communal areas. A private landlord owns the house. The minimum tenancy is 6 months - short lets will not be considered.

The current housemates are three women and a man. We are all professionals aged between 25-30 years old who get along well. We're looking for a housemate (professionals preferred!) who is outgoing and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate.
