We’ve got a lovely furnished double room available in a cosy residential area, just a short walk from the city centre and the train station

Currently, the house is home to two of us, I'm 34, Spanish, and my housemate is a 27 year old from Poland. We’re both laid-back professionals, tidy, and like to keep things organised. We enjoy cooking and staying active with running, swimming, gym sessions, and hiking, so there’s a great balance of good vibes and healthy living here. We also enjoy having a social life, going out, and spending time with friends.

We’re looking for someone who’ll fit right in and share the same relaxed, clean, and respectful approach to living. No special requirements, just keep the common areas tidy and respect each other’s downtime.

The rent for the room is £598 per month, with bills roughly adding up to £728 in total. This includes:

Broadband: £29

Location-wise, the house is in a great spot! Hinksey Park and its swimming pool are just 2 minutes away, the city centre is a 10 minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is about 7-10 minutes on foot. There’s also a Londis right around the corner.
