Hi everyone! We're a group of young professionals looking for a fantastic individual to join our cosy and vibrant house in Oxford this August, just off Iffley Road, 10 minutes from Cowley Road.

Our current flatmate (who lived here for two years) will be moving away from Oxford in August, so we are looking for someone to fill her spot!

About the House

• 🛋️ 5 bedroom house. The vacant room is a double bed, lower floor, front facing bedroom, fully furnished.

• 🍳 Kitchen with two fridges, gas hob, oven, share pots, pans, crockery and cutlery

• 🚿 2 Shared bathrooms with 4 other friendly flatmates

• 🪴A garden!

About You:

• 👫 Aged between 24-29

• 🌐 Young Professional/ Postgraduates willing to pay council tax

• 🗣️ Social and friendly

• 🧽 Clean and tidy

• 💰 Willing to share cleaning equipment costs and common supplies like toilet paper

• 🍽️ Enjoys cooking and willing to share meals together

• 🎉 Enjoys participating in group activities such as dinners, potlucks, occasional late-night outgoings

Move-In Details:

• 📅 Move-in date: August 13th 2025

• 💼 Proof of employment

• 💵 £675/month, bills around £100/ month (including council tax)
