Looking for someone to take over my contract in a fully furnished studio, as I’m moving abroad. My contract is from now to the beginning of August but I'm flexible on the move in date between November and January.

It's very well located at the beginning of St. Clements street, only 15 minutes walk from the city center. It's also in a narrow street so no noise from the main road.

The studio is on the fourth floor and includes a double bed, smart TV, and two large windows overlooking a quiet backyard with trees. It has a private kitchenette with a breakfast table and two high chairs, and a newly renovated private bathroom.

The room also features a spacious desk with an office chair, a double wardrobe, and built-in shelves.

As part of a student residence, the building offers 24/7 security, CCTV, a locked bicycle garage, and several common areas, including: pool table, study spaces, laundry facilities.

You can also borrow a vacuum cleaner for free anytime, and the reception team will safely collect and store your packages if you’re not home.

The guarantor can be anyone abroad (not UK based) and the rent is paid safely on their platform in multiple installments. The price already includes all utilities including a very good wifi!

Because it's a student accomodation it doesn't have council tax as well!
