It is a large room in a 4-person shared house, with three flatmates doing DPhils in Chemistry and stats. Very quiet and clean flatmates with lots of green space (on Jesus’s sportsground!) and a 10-minute cycle into the city centre.
The room is available from January 12th through to September 2026 but could also be ended in July. The rent is £24.13 per night / £724 PCM, inclusive of bills.
