Private entrance and garden

Hi there!
I've been happily living in this house but now I'm choosing to move to a different property with friends.

It is a wonderfully peaceful house, peeps at the house don't use the facilities nor the house itself much in general so you'll never have to wait to cook/shower. It is, to my opinion, virtually living in an apartment but without the Oxford cost.
Housemates are nice and respectful, but they keep to themselves.

It's got two bathrooms (one shower), a very big kitchen with couch, table and chairs, also big windows.
Garden is quite bit as well, there is a side passage that leads to it and to your private entrance.
Heating works very well.
Shower has good pressure.

There is never noise in the house but it doesn't mean you need to worry about keeping silence at all times.
The windows allow light in all day and the garden view is beautiful, bike rack at the back, parking space at the front.
Cleaners come fortnightly, all included.

Space is considerable, the furniture in the room is:

Bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers; then, I can leave behind my recliner leather sofa, a leather seat in the garden, and a metal storage shed next to the door.
