There is a shared living space with sofas and a shared kitchen, equipped with a full-size fridge/ freezer, microwave, oven, and induction hobs.

Water, WiFi, and council tax bills are included. Gas and electricity are topped up by the agent on a monthly basis, usually within the £30-40 range.

Outside the house, there is space for parking. The nearest bus station is a one-minute walk away, with services to the city centre and Headington hospitals (JR). There is a Lidl 6 minutes' walk away.
