Sunny Room in Sociable House

Hi! We have a room for rent on Botley Road, just five mins walk from the train station, and 15 mins into the city centre.

The room is on the second floor, and comes furnished. It has a bathroom opposite, shared with one other person.

The house has a large kitchen and living room, a garden/patio with bike storage, and is close to most amenities.

About us: We are social group, who have generally been in the house for over 2 years, Between us, we have interests in gigs, hiking, yoga, theatre, movies, pub trips, cooking, travelling, and art.

We are looking for a sociable housemate who’ll join us for movies, dinners, pub nights, concerts, BBQs, but is also happy doing their own thing.

We expect someone who takes care of their home, and will contribute to cleaning, tidying, taking the bins out, etc.

The ideal move in date would end of March/start of April (exact date would be organised between yourself and the outgoing tenant) and we would prefer a long term tenant interested in staying at least 8 months, and perhaps beyond.
