The house is all professionals, but it’s a relaxed and respectful environment - ideal for someone who works full-time and wants a comfortable place to come home to.

- Available from March 22nd

- Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bathrooms and 2 showers
- Friendly household
- Great location - 3 bus stops from the city centre and less than a 30 minute bus ride to the station

🧳Ideal Tenant:
- Working professional
- Happy to complete referencing
- No CCJs/criminal record
- Able to provide first and last months rent prior to move

The landlord will complete referencing and final approval. A video tour is available and in-person viewings can also be arranged.
