I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my daughter's room starting from April 1st 2026 until max September 4th 2026.

The room is located in Student Castle, a modern student residence in the very centre of Oxford, close to the shopping mall and all amenities.

The residence is extremely well equipped and offers:
• Several study rooms
• Common areas with TVs
• Pool table
• Table football
• Ping-pong table
• 24/7 reception with friendly and helpful staff

The building is very secure: access is controlled by a key card, and only you can use your key card to enter your room.
There is a personal mailbox at the entrance for your letters, and you can receive parcels at reception. You will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives.

The lease ends on September 4th, 2026.

The room is 14.3 m² and costs £250 per week. It includes:
• Double bed
• Large desk (approximately 2 metres long)
• Large mirrored wardrobe
• Storage under the bed
• Wall shelves

It also has a private ensuite bathroom with:
• Shower
• Sink
• Mirrored storage unit
• Toilet
• Heated towel rail

The kitchen is shared with five other flatmates (currently four girls and one boy), who are all very kind, respectful and clean.
