I’m moving out of this house due to a new job. I’ve loved living here and am very sad to be leaving. There’s been a bit of a room swap and now the ground floor double room is available.

The room:
The room includes double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and dresser. It has been re-painted in November 2025. It stays warm in the winter and gets a lot of natural light.

The house:
The room is in a shared house with 5 other housemates. There is 2 full bathrooms on the upper floors and an additional toilet on the ground floor. There is a large open-plan kitchen/living area with two fridges, sofa, dining table and chairs, plus a small storage. Theres a garden with covered bike storage, table and chairs.
Located in a quiet residential area just off Cowley Road, with great access to shops, cafés and transport links.

The housemates:
You will be sharing with 5 lovely professional who have been so lovely to live with. All have their own busy schedules but often do Sunday roasts at the local pub, see films at the Ultimate picture palace and love to yap in the kitchen.

The rental details:
Rent: £700 per month (all bills included)
Availability: 1st April
Extra: Transfer of tenancy fee of £50 payable at the end of the tenancy

The house is a fully registered HMO, regularly inspected by Oxford City Council, and managed by Oxford City Council Accredited Landlords.
The deposit is 5 weeks’ rent
