Furnished double room off Cowley Road

We're looking for someone to take over a room in our friendly 5-bed house, available until mid-August.

The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair, lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Rent is £563/month, with bills (around £73/month) on top. You would be sharing with four other students/working professionals. We're looking for someone to move in from the 31st of May, or alternatively in early June.

The house is just off Cowley Road, with shops, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. It's a 10-minute walk to the city centre, and there's a bus stop 2 minutes away with easy access to Oxford city centre and surrounding areas. The Iffley Road Sports Centre is a 5–7 minute walk away. The house has two showers, two toilets, a furnished living room, and a kitchen with two fridges, generous storage, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
