Hi everyone! We’ve got a room opening up in our 5-bed house on James Street (just off Cowley Road), available from 5th September 2026 on a 1-year contract. You’ll be joining 4 friendly, professional housemates (1 girl, 3 guys). We’re a social bunch who enjoy the occasional hangout, but we also respect each other’s space and keep things chilled during the week.
Rent: £525 per month
Bills: approx. £100/month (varies slightly depending on the season)
