We have a beautiful room available in a spacious, friendly and social professional houseshare available now. The home is in a central location close to Cowley Road shops/restaurants/bars. The common spaces in the house are large.

Rent: £750 per month. The price includes council tax, all utility bills, TV license, and wireless broadband, So just one payment per month.

We have no agency fees or signing fees as it's my husband and I who manage the properties, we live in town and are both professionals ourselves.

The house itself was originally two houses which were put together into one more than 60 years ago. It has a very large kitchen/dining area connected to a well-furnished common living room. There are three toilets, one with a tub, 2 with a shower. The kitchen features two ovens, an Aga stove, a dishwasher, and ample fridge space. The house has a washer and dryer.

This house has 6 current tenants, all in their 20s/early 30s, all keeping professional hours and taking good care of the home. You will meet the housemates (a super friendly bunch) at the viewing. As landlords we don't just want to provide quality rooms, but also a happy social environment that you can call home.

There are 7 bedrooms as it is two homes put together, but because of the size of the house and common space, seven people live there very happily. It is really a huge home in an excellent location.
