Light single room in lovely family home close to Oxford city centre. The room is in a ground-floor annex with an en-suite shower room. Furnished with a comfortable single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, chair and small wardrobe. Extra storage available if needed. Off road parking if required.

Shared use of modern well-equipped kitchen/diner and living room with open fire for those cold winter nights. Separate laundry room. Lovely garden and outdoor seating under grape vines in spring and summer. We have a cleaner come fortnightly for shared areas. Towels and bedding can be provided.

Dog lovers only please - we have a very sweet spaniel who loves people and will want your attention :-)

Would prefer a quiet female - perfect for visiting academics.

We are close to Hinksey Park with its heated outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Lovely countryside and riverside walks close by. It’s a short walk or bike ride into the centre of Oxford and there are regular buses from the end of the road.

The room is available from 2nd January for 3-9 months. I do try and reply to all messages, please include some information about yourself.
