Double room in large house on Abingdon Road

Bedroom 1

We are two female professionals looking for a housemate for a double room which will be available from 1st April 2024. We are clean, easy-going and friendly, and are looking for people similar.

The bedroom has a double bed, desk and chair, bookshelves, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. The photos are from before the bookshelves and chest of drawers were in the room, but I promise they exist!

The bathroom is shared with one housemate and has a shower, bath, and toilet.

There is a large shared living room with two sofas and a dining table.

The kitchen is a good size, with a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is plenty of storage space throughout the house.

There is a paved back garden with garden chairs.

The house is close to the city centre with frequent buses to the city centre, and handy for buses leaving the city to the south. Nearby streets have parking for residents (with a permit).

The room is rented through the RMA agency and they will require references and a deposit.
