The room

Hello!

I have a lovely, light double room facing the back garden with blackout blinds, a double bed and bedroom furniture (dressing table / chair, drawers, clothes rail). Wifi, bills, etc. included.

The rate is £550 PCM including all bills or £450 PCM Mon - Fri including linen, cleaner, free bike hire.

The house is well equipped with a fairly new bathroom and kitchen with a Rangemaster double oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is spacious with a log burner and a dining area next to large patio doors that overlook the garden. There are regular bus links nearby and plenty of on-street parking with easy access to the ring road.

It is a modernised 1930s house in a residential area within walking distance to Templars Square shopping area. There are good transport links, plenty of on-street parking and easy access to the ring road, science and business parks, and bus routes into town and the rail station.

I am a 38 year old speech and drama teacher who currently lives in the house with my 3 year old son and a 33 year old female professional lodger.

I love to travel, go to the theatre, go hiking / enjoy the outdoors. My son currently stays with his dad on Weds, Thurs and Saturday nights.
