We are offering a sunny furnished single room in friendly quiet family home. It's on a side road just south of City Centre. Single bed, small desk and chair, chest of drawers - furniture can be moved/adapted to suit the individual. Views over gardens.

You'll have use of a clean shared bathroom, well-equipped kitchen-diner and living room with open fire. Nice garden with south-facing terrace where you can sit out under the grapevines on a summer evening.

Driveway parking. On a bus route to city centre less than a mile to Carfax - 10 mins by bike/frequent buses. Close to ringroad. Friendly neighbourhood near to Hinksey Park with heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, bike paths, riverside walks and a short distance from the historic centre of Oxford.

This is for a Monday to Friday let only (or Sunday to Thursday) and preference is for a female lodger.

Virgin broadband and TV, all bills included. Bedding and towels provided.
