Single Room available Cowley Rd (10 minutes walk City Centre) for rent from October 22nd for 1 to 3 month let). The room is for a single male student , I am the live-in house-owner (academic).

The Room is quite small but has student desk, computer work desk, built-in wardrobe, single bed, lighting and power points and with central heating. There Is a dining area on the ground floor and study room. There is High quality Internet both wired (ethernet) and wireless available throughout the house.

There is a modern kitchen with fridge and freezer, gas cooking, microwave, and washing machine. The bathroom has a 24 Hour power shower. There are lockable Bike mounts in the front, and there's a Car Park opposite the house, together with residential parking on street.

The Rent Is £450 per month including all bills. There is no deposit but there is a cleaning service charge of £20.

The House Is very central both for Oxford University and Brookes University. It Is very close to shops and cafes and the house itself is secure and clean. Its managed as a quiet home suitable for an International Student, Post-Grad, Researcher. I am primarily looking for someone who is usually at college or library /research centre most weekday daytimes.
