Room is available Monday to Friday, exclusive to the occupier and will not be sub let or used by others. It is furnished but other furniture can be added, bedding can be supplied if needed. The room has a new fitted carpet. Although there isn’t an on-suit bathroom the downstairs toilet and shower room will be mainly used by the tenant is close by. The kitchen area has all modern amenities. The house is clean and has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 lounge areas downstairs. You will be sharing with a newly retired active couple who enjoy travelling around the countryside.
The house has a garage for bike storage and there is possible off street parking. It is situated in a quiet Cul-de-sac next to a nature reserve, the river and a lot of green open space. The village is 3 miles from Oxford City easy accessible by bike or buses that run all through the night. It is also very near the science park, Kassam Stadium and BMW.
