This is a downstairs room in a large detached house in Sandford on Thames. There is a fully equipped kitchen available with a washing machine. Also downstairs there is a shower, toilet and handbasin very close to the room being Let . There is an enclosed south west garden . This is a quiet area with a nature reserve within walking distance and the River Thames. The village has many amenities such as a hotel with gym membership available. Two pubs both serving food one is by Sandford lock on the Thames. We are within walking distance of the science Park. The 3a buses are frequent going towards the Science Park, or further to the Vue cinema or Hollywood bowl and other amenities in the area as well as the football ground home to Oxford United. The 3a bus also goes to Oxford City and the train station which is about 3 1/2 miles away.
