Double bedroom just outside Woodstock

This is a three bed house, 1.5 miles from Woodstock. The room has a double bed, two new lamps and two new bedside tables. It also contains a wardrobe and dressing table. The dressing table can be removed and replaced by a desk or to make extra room if required. The room looks out onto countryside. It will be mostly be yourself, and a female professional in her 30’s sharing the house. I would only be there very rarely , I’m a 35 year old guy and I’m away on a contract for work for the next few years. The current Housmate is happy to respect your space but also open to hanging out. It’s an easy going professionals house. In the evenings, she enjoys being active, playing games, going to the pub in nearby Woodstock, yoga aswell as having a laugh and chilling. It’s a nice quiet house which has recently been redecorated throughout. Added bonus of lovely quiet neighbours. This would be a perfect location for a student pilot, a professional or someone working between sites at Oxford University Hospitals as it’s commutable to both the Horton Hospital and the John Radcliffe Hospitals. Previous lodgers have included nurses, physiotherapists, and pharmacists working in Oxford and trainer pilots. There is plenty of sunny outdoor space for relaxing including a large front and back garden which are well maintained. There is also plenty of safe room for parking.
