The property is situated in a great location on Templar Road, just next to Cutteslowe park, and an easy commute to surrounding Oxford areas. The Oxford Parkway train station is less than a 10 minute drive away. Oxford City Centre is 20 minutes on the bus, with very regular service from Banbury Road which is less than a 5 minute walk away from the house.

There is a local post office, with a local store in Cutteslowe less than 5 minutes walk from the property. Summertown is also a 10 minute bus journey away. Summertown has various local shops and amenities. For the more active there is a park run every Saturday in Cutteslowe park, and various gyms in Summertown.

The whole house has just been refurbished to a high standard. There are 3 rooms in the property, with only one room being available for rent. The double room available has it’s own en-suite, and provided in the room is a double bed, a wardrobe and a bed side table. There is also parking on the drive for a car next to mine. The garden is 90 ft, so I will most likely be having BBQ’s in the summer, obviously you are welcome to do the same.

I’m a professional working in Oxford, I usually work 9-5 every week day. I enjoy going to the gym, football, food (hence the gym) and I’m flexible on your length of stay.

Please note the quoted rent is for one individual, for couples the rent will be higher.
