The person would be able to sublet this flat until the 31st of July or if wished until next years 31st July 2025. The housing rules are very flexible and would also allow a contract until 3oth of September 2024.
The flat is ideal in a safe quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and buses next door. The flat is situated on the 2nd floor and there are lifts such as secure bike storage. It is fully furnished and I am happy to leave my double bed for whoever takes over my contract.
The rent of 933 is inclusive of bills, no other added bills.
