Double Room in Friendly Summertown Houseshare

Hello! Our housemate is sadly starting her masters, so we are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly & spacious 4 bed houseshare. The room is available from the end of April (flexible) and is £645pm. Bills not included.

House: Detached house with a small front & back garden. Inside there's a downstairs loo, upstairs communal bathroom & top floor en-suite. The whole downstairs is shared, with a large open plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with big sofas that comfortably fit all 4 of us! There's a separate indoor utility space for bikes, laundry, and storage. We have all necessary amenities, including 2 large fridges, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Housemates: Luke (m, 30) is a product manager who loves going to the gym, and singing musicals in the shower in equal measure. Aaron (m, 26) is a pharmacist at the JR who will jump every time you walk into the room. He also loves cute walks, Troy Sivan and reviewing alternative crisp flavors. Melissa (f, 23) is a dietitian at the Churchill and enjoys running, ballet and visiting a national trust on a weekend.

Whilst we live independently, we are super friendly and this house is our home: we hang out with a TV show in the living room, go to The Victoria Arms for a drink, go to events together and keep the communal spaces clean & tidy together. If this is your vibe, then our house could be for you :)

Landlords: lovely people who address minor fixes very quickly. An agent does the contract, but once that's signed we communicate directly with the landlords.

Location: In gorgeous Summertown, near the high street bustle/buses to town but tucked away on a quiet side street. It's so convenient & we love it!

Bills: organised among the housemates, currently average £150 pm (Council tax, water, gas/electric and WiFi) but subject to minor increases. Anyone studying would need to pay their share of council tax (band F).
