Double room available in friendly houseshare

We have a double room available in our sociable houseshare, as our existing housemate is relocating to Germany for work. The remaining housemates will be an early years practitioner, a primary school teacher and a secondary maths teacher, who respect the need for space but also realise the value of a cup of tea and a friendly face after a hard day's work :)

The house is a short walk from the shops and bars of Summertown, a quick bus or cycle ride into Oxford, as well as being very convenient for Cuttleslowe Park. There is a tenancy fee (payable to Martin & Co.) of £260 in addition to the deposit, however the rent is inclusive of all bills. The tenancy is for 12 months, but if you would like to move out before that time, then all you need to do is find a replacement.

In the house there is a shared kitchen, garden and driveway, as well as shared dining and living facilities. There is also a ground floor bathroom and another upstairs toilet, both shared only between the two rooms available as the remaining two have their own facilities.
