A large double in a 2 bed flat share has become available. The flat is very large with large sitting room, dinning room and a kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and a large laundry/storage area downstairs including indoors bike storage! The room is a double room with plenty of space for desk etc. and also has a built in wardrobes in the corridor outside. The room overlooks the garden. There is on street parking available.
The house is part furnished but does not come with bed or drawers. But these can be bought very cheaply from previous tenant.

The rent is £700 per month plus bills. The room is available to couples. Pets are allowed at this property a well behaved medium sized dog lives here already. There are also agency fees (£150) and a deposit of £900 (which is completely refunded when you leave).
Tenancy starts 4th October but there is flexibility with move in date.

The flat is shared with another couple and a dog. Franz is doing a post doc at Oxford and Charlie is a midwife at the JR. The house has a real homely feel. We highly recommend a viewing as it is a real gem.
