Oxford University Graduates

Hello there,

I am looking for someone to continue my contract with the Graduate Accommodation Office. My plan is to leave on the 20th June and the contract lasts until 30th July. However, I have been told that, if the new tenant wants to, contract can be extended until 4th September.

I have a single bedroom in a 300 year old mansion building- so it is a very pretty place. There is a very spacious kitchen and a bathroom that is shared with the other flatmates. The room itself is on the medium-size (it's not huge or tiny). There is plenty of room to move around and it is fully furnished. As with all old buildings, the ceiling are very high and windows very big, allowing plenty of sunshine to seep into your room.

The location of the place is less than 10 minutes away from the shopping area in Summertown (which has everything you need). There is a very lovely, mostly family-based community here. Everyone is very helpful and kind. There are two beautiful parks about 10 minutes walk away as well. If needed, there is also a bicycle renting service available- free of charge.
