We are looking for professionals or mature students to rent our double room within a family home.

We have available a modern double bedroom situated in a recently renovated house. The room is equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, large draws, cupboard, free view LCD TV, high speed WiFi internet and has an adjacent bathroom for your use. The bathroom is essentially for the room however access to toilet use only maybe required by visiting guests on occasion. Kitchen and lounge are open plan and spacious with a beautiful view of the garden.

Rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.
