Double room in spacious house, all-inclusive

I am looking for a professional or Post-doc to share the house with me as my current housemate is leaving.

The house is very light and spacious and the double bedroom available is very quiet facing the backyard of the house and with good storage space. The bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room are shared with me only. There is a third room to use as an office space.

The house is very nice located:
- Situated just north of Summertown, next to Cutteslowe park (2 min walking distance).
- Cycling distant to city centre (14 mins).
- Conveniently situated to the ring road.
- Conveniently situated to A34.
- Frequent buses approx. every 5 min to city centre (frequent buses at nigh time too).
- Direct bus (no. 700) to JR Hospital (23 min journey).
- 8 min cycling to Oxford parkway station (train takes 55 min to 1:15min Journey to London).
- Health centre and grocery shop 2 min walking distance.

I like a clean and tidy house and would like a similar and responsible housemate. I am not into heavy partying/drinking but I am friendly, like to spend time with friends, I enjoy outdoor activities and I am looking for a friendly housemate.

I am looking to share a house with a male or female but no couples.

The rent includes all bills (heating, electricity, water, council tax, high speed broadband, TV license).

Rent 755/month. Available end January/February.
