My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to replace him in a 2 bedroom professional flatshare in Summertown.
The Flat:
The flat is in a great location off Woodstock Road, about 25min walk into the centre of town. There is a large open kitchen-living room with all the necessities (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine etc.) The room is an en-suite, with a double bed and double wardrobes. There is one allocated parking space for the flat and also plenty of street parking. Photos to follow soon.
Rent is £675 per month, not including any bills, which work out at around an additional £200 per month. Deposit is £975. We also currently pay for a cleaner to come as and when needed.
About me:
I am a 30-year old engineer, originally from Scotland but have been living in England since I was 17. I work long hours so don't have much free time but when I do I like cycling, running or just chilling with a beer or two. I'm laid-back and easy going, and looking for someone the same. I'm looking for a professional of a similar age (26 - 35), preferably male but I'm not too fussed.
