Annexe in Bayworth, Abingdon

We are a family of four living in Bayworth, a small village near Abingdon with excellent access to local countryside around Boar's Hill and Bagley Wood.

We're renting out our one-bed self-contained annexe, which includes a combined bedroom/living room with sofa and desk, a toilet with shower, and a generously sized well-equipped kitchen. Parking on the drive and use of our large garden are included.

Note public transport links are poor, so to live here you will probably need to either own a car or be a keen cyclist (we do both!). Nevertheless the location has the advantage of easy access to both Oxford and Abingdon despite its rural location. (Connections south to the Didcot area will improve greatly with the new Abingdon North A34 junction in late 2026.)

Be aware have two young children - so cannot guarantee 100% peace and quiet all the time! - and a very friendly dog.

Single occupancy only, and a preference for full-time occupancy.

The accommodation is provided fully furnished, a washing machine is provided, and all bills (water, heating, electricity, internet, council tax) are included.
