Small double room to let close proximity to Milton

Hi, refurbished, furnished double room to let, close proximity to A34, walking distance to Milton Park, on bus route to Abingdon, Oxford City, Didcot Railway link about 5-10 mins away.
The house is a 3 bed mid terraced, bit by bit I am redecorating and the room to be let is freshly wall papered and painted.
There is a cosy lounge with an open fireplace, a small conservatory which I (or you) can use as an office or has a table to eat at, plus a back room which i use as my bedroom at the moment, outside a very pretty little but long garden ).
The bathroom is downstairs, it’s big, has a shower and shorter length bath.
Im looking for a professional person, would suit someone working at Milton Park Didcot/Culham and goes home at weekends, although we could discuss any changes that are on a temporary basis.
Someone tidy'ish, house trained, chilled, respectful of my property as I love it, flexible if I have anything arranged regarding friends coming over for tea or an evening, as I would also be for you, the length of let can be discussed but if it works for both parties then happy for long term.
