A large bright furnished double room in a large executive home in a very quiet location. Room includes double bed, bedside tables, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers with en-suite shower room. There is a large shared kitchen and a private living room downstairs for your use only. Access to TV and Wifi.
Parking is available on the driveway.

Sutton Courtenay is a beautiful village with lovely walks, 2 pubs, a French restaurant, local shop and petrol station.
There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk, with buses taking you to Abingdon, Milton Park and Didcot. Trains from Didcot Parkway provide a regular mainline connection to London Paddington in as little as 36 minutes. The nearby A34 connects northbound to Oxford and the M40, southbound to the M4.

I am a quiet, very clean, tidy, non smoking professional lady who works from home most of the time. My 2 children have gone to University and they will live in the house during the holidays. I also have 2 cats who mostly live outside but might wander into the kitchen from time to time.
