Are you a professional or PhD/Postgraduate student looking for a quiet and calm environment? Come and join me and Zoe (my cat) in our house in Thame. We live on a quiet avenue a 10 minute walk from the town centre and all it's amenities, as well as an M&S Garage 2 mins walk around the corner.

The house is a two minute walk from the nearest bus stop which connects to the Thame circular route to take you into town where you can get a bus to Oxford and Aylesbury (and Haddenham for Haddenham and Thame Parkway station). It's a 9 minute drive from my house to Lewknor for the bus to London too.

The room is a large double that is fully furnished, with a wardrobe with drawers and plenty of under bed storage drawers too, and a desk into it so you can easily work from home, though you'd also be welcome to use the kitchen table to work at too.

You will of course have access to the bathroom (bath with shower over), the living room (Smart TV with Netflix etc), kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer pantry space), enclosed garden (lockable shed with lockable storage for a bike) and a parking space on the driveway. There is also a large downstairs toilet.

I'm a friendly, kind, tidy and easy going individual, looking for a female or non-binary professional/PhD/Postgraduate person who wants a chilled environment to live in and is gentle, kind and tidy. I'm more than happy to share a meal, cuppa and chat with you, or if you'd rather keep yourself to yourself then that's fine too.

I want anyone who comes to live with me to feel at home and as secure here as I do. You'd be welcome to make the room your own, as long as it's made good when/if you decide to move on.
