Spacious double room with dog and garden

We have a lovely spare double room which has been recently recarpeted, redecorated and furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and bedside table in our 2 bed house. There is a lounge, large bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen/dining area and a big garden. We have a private driveway out the back and there is also off- street parking.

Our house is 7 mins walk from Wallingford centre with all its shops and bars. A little further to the river and accessible to Reading, Oxford and Abingdon easily by bus. You can also get direct trains to London from Cholsey.

We have an 11 year old cockapoo called Harry who doesn’t moult and is very friendly! We’re an engaged couple who like to chill in the evenings after work with a tasty dinner, whack on a series, walk the dog etc as well as meet friends for a few drinks / games night or do some exercise.

We’re looking for someone who would like to fit in with our relaxed lifestyle or equally who would like to keep to themselves.
