Double Bedroom And Bathroom - All Bills Included

Hello, I will be looking for a lodger/ flatmate to rent my second bedroom in a ground floor flat. The bedroom is extremely decent sized and can come furnished. There’s also a family bathroom that would be yours completely bar when either I or you had friends to visit. The living room is well sized and open plan with the kitchen and there’s a balcony on to the garden space. I am happy to speak to all individuals interested and would consider Monday-Friday let’s as well (rent would decrease for Mon-Fri).

I’m a 25yo Scottish woman working in marketing. I’m cheerful, sarcastic and friendly and happy to show you the sights of wantage! Wantage is a great location with easy access to oxford via bus and Didcot Railway station is 17 minutes away for access to London and beyond.

I have got two pet gerbils (usually in the cage rarely out) and will be getting two Siamese cats in the future (these are hypoallergenic). I work from home the majority of the time :) happy for a flatmate to work from home to or be working away during the day!

The rent is all inclusive of:

WiFi
Fortnightly cleaning
Council tax
