A spacious, recently-converted second-floor attic space for rent to a lodger. There is a double bedroom, en-suite WC and adjacent large living area. The attic is in a detached family house five minutes' walk from Wantage Market Square. There is off-street parking and bus-stops directly outside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern and the bedroom has a south-facing Juliet balcony overlooking the Downs. There is a 42-inch TV with movies and sports channels and Netflix. Shower and bath facilities are available in the family bathroom on the first floor.
We are looking for a professional person to rent the attic from Monday to Fridays only as we often use the space at the weekends.
