Stunning new barn conversion in peaceful village

I am looking for a like-minded, respectful housemate to share my beautiful 2 bed house with me and my Jack Russell, Pickle.

I am open to both full time + Mon-Friday lets for around 4-6 months, just message me and we can discuss.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) I am in the process of selling the house, and the anticipated sale should be in August/September so this rental is for around 4-6 months

2) There are some dates where the house is already booked out fully for short term guests, so you will not be able to be at the house for these dates (7-12 May, 20-23 June, 27-29 June, 4-8 July, 12-14 July, 19-22 July, 26-29 July). You can store your things in the office but your room bust be empty. I will pro rata rent on these months so you won't need to pay if you can't be here

You will have full access to:
- Open plan kitchen, living room, dining room with underfloor heating
- All utensils and crockery
- Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher
- Garden and garden furniture
- Kingsize bedroom with Simba mattress, clothes rail and bureau/chest of drawers
- Shared bathroom with bath and underfloor heating
- Downstairs toilet
- Free and easy car parking
- Cleaners every 2 weeks

What's included in the rent:
- Rent of the room & access to the house & garden
- All bills: electricity, water, broadband, all streaming channels (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc), Council tax, TV licence etc.
- Cleaners

About me:
- I am 34 yo single female
- Very tidy and take pride in my home and love interiors
- Work full time in marketing, mainly from home
- Love travelling, running, yoga, cooking, spending time with friends and family - the usual!
