Your own tiny private patio on drive area with table & 4 chairs. Use of shared family kitchen & own private bathroom with toilet + shower on 2nd flower under eaves in main house. Busy family house. Must like dogs, 2 dogs, one boisterous & jumps up, you'll see him often in main house and kitchen.

Quiet, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Parking always available just outside property.
