I'm a warm, welcoming and easy going landlady with a busy professional and social life. I'm looking for someone (or a couple) who value their privacy and yet are equally easy going and sociable.

Situated just 10 minutes walk from Wheatley village, we enjoy local shops, a post office, restaurants, pubs and a doctors’ surgery. The village is small and pretty and is surrounded by lots of countryside for walking, cycling and fun, whilst being right on the edge of Oxford itself. Additionally, the location is excellently suited for Headington and the Park & Ride to London/airports or Oxford City.

The house is beautifully decorated, very large (there's plenty of room for us all) and is situated a couple of minutes walk from Oxford Brookes University's Wheatley campus. There's a bus stop within a minute from the house, and access to the M40 is a minute or two by car. 

Inside the house, downstairs, there's a large sitting room, a piano room/library, a large kitchen/conservatory, WC, and a large reception room. The house has a kitchen with washer and dryer, two spacious fridges and freezers, spacious dining area with access to garden. We also have great central heating and double glazing. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a large family bathroom (with spa bath and separate shower), cupboard storage, and an en suite master bedroom.

There's a garden in the front of the house, with a large garden and shed (for storage) at the rear. We also have super high speed internet and Sky TV.
