Double furnished room for single occupancy

Unsure about getting a lodger again, just want to see what sort of interest there is at present

My home is located in a small, very quiet cul de sac, village like.

I am a professional person at work 5 days a week. I live on my own in a three bed semi detached house in a quiet location. On the very edge of Witney, 1 mile from the town centre.

I am able to offer a double room furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe. There is a shared lounge with 2 sofas. The kitchen-diner is fully fitted with two fridge/freezers, washing machine, electric cooker with double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, an electric kettle and dinning table. There is a shared main bathroom.

I am looking for a friendly professional person who would enjoy a quiet location and their own space. I am clean and tidy and would like some one the same.
