If you live a distance away your welcome to use the room on a Sunday evening if it makes your commute to work any easier. The double room has new bedroom furniture consisting of wardrobe, chest of draws & bedside cabinet. The bed & quality matteress are only 6 months old and are mint condition. The matteress protector is new. There is a communal lounge, kitchen / dinner & garden with patio & barbeque area. Broadband & 42" smart tv in the lounge along with a large corner sofa. The use of microwave, ironing facilities, etc are welcome. There is also use of a garage if you need to store anything. Looking for a tidy, respectful professional.
