I am looking for a professional single housemate to share a modern house with two young professional males, located a 15 minute walk from the centre of town.

The room is spacious with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage and floor space.

The house itself is large with a shared kitchen with gas fired hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. The living room is very spacious and includes a 55 inch tv and large sofa (ideal for movie nights!), There is a downstairs toilet and shared bathroom on the first floor with a shower and bath (shared between two people).

To the rear of the property is a patio garden with shed to store bikes and two parking spaces (with additional visitors parking spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis) which would be ideal for those looking to commute to work in the mornings.

Bus services to Oxford, Eynsham, and Carterton are a 10 minute walk away with buses running to Burford, Woodstock and Hanborough one minute walk away.

I'm clean and tidy so would be looking for someone similar! I’m a big fan of keeping active and socialising and always up for relaxing in doors or heading into town/oxford however I’m also respectful of other people’s space.
