2 bright bedrooms available in shared house. 1 single bedroom available (£450 per month) and 1 large double (£550 per month) from 9th April, 2020 in a very friendly 5 bed shared house in Deer Park, Witney.

The other tenants are all professionals - 1 females and 1 males who work locally.

The rooms have lots of storage space.

Rent includes all bills like electricity, gas, heating, braodband, TV licence. It also includes a cleaner for the communal areas.

There is a nice back garden - great for BBQ's during the summer.

The house is lovely, fresh and spacious with the furniture still like new and plenty of storage space in the garage. In addition to the kitchen there is a utility room, toilet, TV room with double doors onto the garden, dining room and bedroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs (one ensuite) and the shared bathroom and shower.

The large kitchen and utility are modern and furnished with 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. There is plenty of room for each person to have their own space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards.

The communal lounge has a sofa, two comfy armchairs and a TV with Sky. Broadband is also included in the rent.

We keep the garden looking nice and mend anything that needs fixing straight away. We also keep it safe by checking all the smoke alarms regularly.

The house is warm in the winter with great central heating and plenty of hot water.

If you have a car there's parking space on the road or the drive.

The property is close to Abbotts and the Range Road businesses and the hospital. You can walk to local bars, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Witney. It's also very close to the Brize Norton airbase which takes about 10 minutes in the car or a short bus ride.

It's easy to get buses to Oxford, Carterton, Eynsham, Brize Norton and Chipping Norton.

It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to a local Medical centre, Tesco Express, Chinese Takeaway and small Boots Chemist and the same to the local bus stop. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the centre of town with all the shops, banks and of course, doctors and dentists if you need them. There's a leisure centre with a great gym, swimming pool and inside sports like badminton. Witney also has a farmer's market twice a week.

There is a 6 month minimum contract. You will need a returnable deposit (which is a month's rent) and a month's rent in advance. There is also a £150 fee which is paid when you commit to the room. At that point we take it off the market and you know it's yours while you get the paperwork done and pay the rent. This is taken off the first month's rent when you move in. If you decide not to move in, after all, then that fee is not returnable because, by then we will have done a lot of work taking up references, preparing the contract etc.
