Double en-suite room in Cotswold village near Woodstock. Would consider monday to friday or full time let, £450/month mon - fri, £550 full time. Looking for friendly, sociable tidy person to share the house as a home rather than a lodging.
The house has been renovated with an open plan kitchen diner and open double doorway into the living room and a loft conversion. The living room has a really nice log burner :)The double bedroom has an en suite. The house has three/four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. You will be sharing the house with one other.
Plenty of garden space with a recently built vegetable patch and second patio.
I have a dog called Ludo so would be keen to find someone who likes dogs. Ludo is very friendly and loves everyone he meets.
The village has a local shop, post office, hairdressers and pub all within walking distance of the house.
Transport links are pretty good. There are train stations nearby Charlbury station, Long Hanborough or Oxford Parkway that goes into Oxford (15min)and London (1hr). There is also a bus that runs to and from Oxford.
